Course description:

PCTs will have the opportunity to share their experiences of challenging behaviours amongst their classes, learn the reasons for them and describe a range of strategies for effectively managing them.

Objectives:

 

People who attend the workshop will understand:

·         The definition of challenging behaviour

·         The five principles of behaviour management

·         The reasons behind challenging behaviour

·         A range of practical strategies for managing challenging behaviour

·         How to negotiate agreements with their students
